Common Areas of Black Walnut Trails are those areas that serve the entire community, but are not the property of any individual. The Board of Directors alone handles the uses and maintenance of these areas. The areas are as follows.

Lot 122--large unbuildable lot on the west edge of BWT where Edgewood Drive turns north. A waterway from Windstone to our lakes runs down the center.
