FYI: The only non-pickup days for Garbage are:New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

Paper bag yard waste is collected April 1st-end of November.

 Architectural Modifications Approval Guidelines. According to our BWTOA Covenants, all exterior remodeling (decks, additions, modifications, roofing, etc.) and hardscape (patios, exterior structures, etc.) projects must be submitted to the Architectural Modifications & Review Committee for review and approval.

 BWTOA Volunteers Needed. Your Board of Directors has one request to make: for more members to volunteer for Board membership or Committee membership. Both our Board and our Architectural Review & Modification Committee are currently understaffed. If our Board is to be more productive, we need volunteers – volunteers that may have time away from the demands of jobs and travel to do work for our association and neighborhood. Our revived Nominating Committee – led by Betty Theisen-Placek and Cheryl Neumann – will be contacting residents and asking for volunteers.
